Return & Refund Policy – JCB2

We want you to love every item you purchase from JCB2! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• We do not offer refunds. Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift card/code to use on a future purchase.

To initiate a return:
Please email us at info@shopjcb2.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• The name and size of the item(s) you’d like to return
• A brief reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

Please Note:

• Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
• Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. We will provide a return shipping label. Returns must be mailed back to
